Reviews
"'My Shepherd Will Supply My Need' is an arrangement by David W. Muisc of the Southern folk tune RESIGNATION and is published by Selah (845-820). Only sixteen bells are required to play this delightful piece, and the score tells us that it may even be played by a quartet. The harmonies and textures bring out the best of this tune and inferred text." The Hymn, Oct, 1994

"This hymn tune arrangement is quite lovely. The tune is one that the children will sing as they leave rehearsals. The piece uses eighth notes but in the first half the same pattern is used (1&2 3) in most measures. In the second half, eighth notes provide an accompaniment while the melody is in the lower bells. A wonderful piece to teach eighth notes!" Worship Arts, May-June, 1996

Description
A moderately easy and yet rewarding setting of this early American folk tune (often found in hymnals to the paraphrase of Psalm 23). It is a pastorale composition, and one that works well in worship. May be played by a quartet.
