Review
"The tunes set in this fine collection--Arfon, Charlestown, Cwm Rhondda, Easter Hymn McKee, and Slane--are all found in practically every current hymnal. The setting of Slane, a loud toccata, is a surprise: most settings I have seen of this tune are on the soft and slushy side! The pieces are not difficult and do not need a large instrument. They are very typical music from Lovelace--well-crafted, tastful, practical, and useful." --AAM Journal, December 2001

Description
Useful organ preludes on the tunes ARFON, the early American tune CHARLESTOWN, the Welsh John Hughes' CWM RHONDDA, EASTER HYMN, the African-American spiritual McKEE, and the Irish tune SLANE.
