Selah has become known as a leader in publishing the best contemporary hymns. You can use these hymns and congregational songs in your community by requesting and paying for a reprint license. All of Selah's copyrights can also be used through C.C.L.I., LicenSing, or OneLicense.net if your church has an active license with one of these companies.

All requests for copyright use must be submitted in advance. When requesting permission, make sure to list what pieces are to be used and for what purpose, as well as how many copies will be made.

Copyrights held by Selah Publishing Co., Inc. may be licensed by churches or organizations using the following schedule. (One-half of all license fees go to the original composer or author, which encourages them to write even more work that can be used with your congregation!) All terms and conditions must be followed, and fee must be paid to not be in violation of copyright law.

One-time congregational use license
Licensing fee of 5¢ per copy for text or tune, 10¢ per copy for text and tune.
Minimum fee $10.00
Conditions
1. License is for congregational use only, and copies for choral use are expressly prohibited.
2. Material is not to be sold in any form.
3. License number must appear on the printed page, along with the phrases "All rights reserved. Used by permission."
4. Credits and copyright notice must appear on the printed page.
5. No changes may be made in the words or music without permission from Selah.

Congregational Hymnal Supplement License
Licensing fee of 10¢ per copy for text or tune, and 15¢ for text and tune.
Minimum fee of $15.00
Conditions

Selah no longer offers a one-year license because the availability, cost, and ease of using CCLI, LicenSing, or OneLicense.net makes it much better for people to use those organizations.
